BURRITO	Soft flour tortilla filled w/refried beans & meat, topped w/onions and scallions, sauce & cheese
BURRITO GRANDE	Soft flour tortilla filled with meat, lettuce and tomatoes, topped w/onions and scallions, sauce & cheese
CHEESE BURRITO	Soft flour tortilla stuffed w/cheese and topped with more cheese
CHILI BURRITO	Soft flour tortilla stuffed w/chili con carne and onions, topped with enchilada sauce and cheese
CAJUN STYLE	Hot and spicy seasoning, using our carefully selected blend of the freshest spices available to bring out the natural flavor of the main ingredient (meat, fish, etc.) Spices include white, black and red peppers, garlic, thyme, basil, paprika and/or fennel seed
CHIMICHANGA	Large flour tortilla filled w/black beans, chicken or ground beef, deep fried & topped w/melted cheese, black olives and tomatoes
ENCHILADA	Soft, corn tortilla filled with beef, chicken or cheese, topped w/onions and scallions, sauce & cheese
EMPAÑADA	Homemade beef turnover filled with onions, peppers and black olives, topped w/sauce & cheese
FAJITA	Soft rolled, flour tortilla filled w/marinated steak or chicken, vegetables and barbecue sauce
SOPAPILLAS	Light and sweet pastry puffs
TACO	Crispy corn tortilla folded & filled w/beef, chicken or beans & topped w/lettuce, cheese & sauce
TAMALE	Beef wrapped in corn dough, steamed & topped w/sauce & cheese - homemade and delicious
TORTILLA	Thin, round, flat unleavened bread made from corn or wheat flour
TOSTADA	Flat, crispy corn tortilla, topped w/refried beans, beef or chicken, lettuce & cheese
